First stop was feeding the boys. I have quickly learned that when the boys are hungry, ain't no body happy! Full tummies are much more cooperative no matter what the age of the boy - 27 years or 11 months. Waiting in line to get some food!!!
While daddy ate his lunch, Wyatt roamed around in the grass a little bit to stretch his legs since he would be in the stroller most of the day. And as usual he ate some leaves and mulch. He's a boy - oh well!
Obviously this is the ENTRANCE to Reliant Center where all the fun shopping and livestock animals live.
Way too much for the little guy to look at instead of the camera. Most of the pictures on this post he will not be looking at the camera. Just a little heads up.
The only (and awful) picture of the 3 of us the entire day. I am not very happy with myself for not getting someone to take our picture more than just once - plus the kid isn't even looking. Thanks random man we asked politely to take our picture.
Once inside Reliant Center, we walked around a bit and checked out all the goodies. Jacob tried on several pairs of boots but we left empty handed.
Wyatt and daddy walking towards the petting zoo. Apparently, Jacob didn't think it was very manly to push an empty stroller so he carried Wyatt most of the time and I pushed the BOB.
Petting Zoo Time! So much fun and Wyatt was really into all the animals. He was very gentle with them as well.

This animal (goat maybe?) had something weird going on with it - I think it might be going to goat heaven soon. It just laid there, emotionless and acted like it was sleeping with all the crazy kids roaming around - so strange.

Ears!! he kind of pulled this dude's ears a little bit.
Wyatt made a friend that is just a few weeks younger than him. Wyatt wanted to get around this kid as he was walking along the cage, so Wyatt grabbed a hold of him to keep his balance and kept on walking.

After the petting zoo we continued walking around and Wyatt passed out! So while he slept we continued looking around and checking out the rest of the little shops, etc.
Jacob got his boots polished.....
After a nice long nap, he woke up just in time for some belt shopping with daddy.

After we finished shopping, Wyatt needed to get out of the stroller and move around so we headed outside and found some grass for him to play in.

Instead of sitting in traffic heading north, we decided to grab some dinner at Papasitos right across from Reliant stadium. This little guy ate everything in sight - he was hungry-mungry!
Thank goodness for St. Patty's day balloons! This one came home with us and Wyatt was very happy about that - the kid loves balloons.

Next up after dinner, visiting some of Jacob's friends at Station 7 - why not at this point we have done everything else! It was getting close to 8 pm and I had decided I would nurse Wyatt before we left the station and then he would fall asleep in the car and we would just transfer him to his bed when we got home - no bath which was totally gross but it was so late and he was so tired at this point.
What a day!!! Look at that tired little face! Also, I took this picture because of Wyatt's legs. He does this every time Jacob holds him this way - it cracks me up.

That was a fun adventure! I'm so impressed with his lack of fear of the animals. Jack has 4 big dogs, but farm animals freak him out (so far). Glad you got some quality Wyatt time over Spring Break!
