We are spending Wyatt's 1st Christmas at my parents' cabin in Colorado. We left at 6 pm Tuesday night and drove straight through the night, arriving here around 10 am Wednesday morning. Jacob drove the entire time (crazy man) and Wyatt was the perfect little traveler. Sadly, he and I are both trying to fight off a little cold : ( So after arriving and unloading, Jacob, April and myself went to sleep and Wyatt hung out with Mia and Papa Sam. Since Wyatt was very well rested, they played and played and then went outside to feed the deer. Guess who is not scared of big, scary bucks??
Today April counted 17 deer behind out cabin and Jacob counted 17 turkeys!! We have our own little petting farm here on Aspen Drive!! Many more pictures to come from Wyatt's 1st Christmas in snowy Colorado.

Aww, Wyatt's first Christmas!!!!Is papa Sam really just wearing a t-shirt? Didn't I read earlier on April's status that it was 2 degrees?
Yes and yes. Yes, Papa Sam is just in a t-shirt in that pic! Jacob was too in different times during the day. They're that tough! And yes, it was -2 degrees this morning, then warmed up to 2 degrees, then about 13 around 10:00 or 11:00. It's so clear and cold over night but warms up during the day since it's so snowy. Hope the McGoverns have a very Merry Christmas!
