Newborn Pictures

Since Garrett is now 10 weeks old, it is probably time for me to post his newborn pictures right?! Sorry G - I am a little behind here!! We attempted newborn pictures the day before G was 2 weeks old and it was a disaster. He would NOT go to sleep to save his life and most of the time he spent screaming. Interesting to note that the following Monday we learned that G has reflux which explains a lot of the screaming!

This picture was taken during our first attempt. This was the ONLY picture she was able to take where he looked somewhat peaceful.

After the photographer left, Garrett proceeded to sleep peacefully for a few hours. He proved to take after his father in the picture taking department!

The photographer was so kind to come back a few days later and attempt pictures with Garrett again. This time around was so much better. He slept the entire time, well up until the end, and was a very cooperative little baby! These are some of my favorites:

We attempted to put him in Jacob's helmet several times and every time we tried he would scream. So we waited til the very end to try more helmet pictures but clearly he was not happy to be in his daddy's helmet!
