Jacob and I celebrated our 1st Valentine's day together with dinner at Pappadeaux in 2007. He was getting off of work and had plans to take me to Kirby's. I think he had reservations for like 10 that night or something crazy (that is what happens when you make reservations day of!). Needless to say that didn't really appeal to either one of us so instead we met at Pappadeaux in TW and had an extremely yummy dinner. They were handing out roses to all of the ladies and there was a guy taking pictures of each couple on a Polaroid camera. This is the picture we received that night on our 1st Valentine's date!!
Since then we make Pappadeaux our annual Valentine's day dinner - even though most years we don't actually make it to dinner on the 14th. Last night we had our special dinner with a little special guest!! As we were walking in the restaurant I told him to please let mommy and daddy enjoy dinner tonight and he did just that - he was PERFECT!!! He even smiled at the camera for an after dinner photo with mom and dad. This could be our last picture as a family of 3! Woo-hoo.

So funny...Mike and I have a polaroid Valentine's pic from Pappadeaux, too, but from like 2003 maybe??? Fun times... Happy Valentine's Day!
Isn't amazing how much life has changed in two short years? Happy Valentine's Day and enjoy these last few days as a family of 3...in a few weeks you will have a hard time remembering what life was like without Baby G.
