Playing in Pland

Tuesday was spent in Pearland playing with April and Riley. We had such a fun filled day and I had 2 exhausted and wiped out little boys last night!!! We sure are loving all the time we get to spend with April and Riley this summer. It's been a lot of fun having them so close.

Our visit started off with a little play time at the house followed by lunch. After we wrapped up lunch we headed to their neighborhood pool and spent a few hours having fun in the sun! G enjoyed his pool trip also!!

April brought her bag of pool toys and Wyatt jumped right in and put the goggles on his head - cracks me up!

Trying to get a picture of the 2 of them looking was not very successful.

G took a nap poolside after "swimming" for a little bit. He ended up sleeping the rest of our time at the pool.

After the pool, we headed back to Riley's house and the kids took baths.

Then a little rest time while watching Veggie Tales. We were way past nap time by this point so we opted for "rest time" before dinner. While they were resting, I ran to the store and then cooked dinner for all of us.

After dinner it was outside for more playing and popsicles!! I think they played outside together for almost 2 hours!!

This was the dialog that went with this picture. Riley: "Ok Wyatt, we are going to do some gymnastics. You have to do a table mat (or whatever she called it)". Wyatt: "I jumping".

And it's time for us to head north and go to bed!!! This guy just plays and plays and plays and then crashes hard. We had such a busy yet fabulous day!!
