Wyatt, Nana and I met Mia and Papa in Montgomery for their Christmas Parade. We had a lot of fun and Wyatt was really interested in catching candy that was being thrown from the floats and other parade participants. Nana taught him how to hold out his arms and then wait patiently for some candy to be thrown in his direction. Then he would immediately tell the people "Thank you"! It was super cute and very sweet.

This was the last truck of the parade and of course Santa was on the back of it. I thought this truck was too cute so I needed a picture of it. Its hard to tell in this picture but there are some wired rim glasses on the front windshield of the truck. Very cute.

Santa asked Wyatt if he wanted to sit on his lap and take a picture but all we could get out of him was a "high five". Guess that will work for now!

After the parade, we picked up lunch and visited daddy at the fire station. This picture is a half smile/half cry on Wy's behalf. He was overly tired and ready for a nap - he pointed at the guy's beds at the station and said "nap"! Sleepy boy. We can't visit the station without a picture in front of the truck with daddy. Just for fun - click here to see Wyatt's first visit to the Station 55.

Wyatt and Nana at the station.Jacob and Wyatt visited Grandma Hoffart on Wednesday. Look at sweet Wyatt giving Grandma a kiss! Grandma is not in good health so we ask for lots of prayers for her and all of the Hoffart family during this time.

Later on that evening, the 3 of us visited Casey, Erica and Baby Cole at the hospital. Cole was born Tuesday afternoon and I was super excited when Jacob mentioned going to see the Turners. If you have followed this blog for some time, you might remember me blogging about the Turner twins - Hailey and Mason - that are a week younger than Wyatt. So, the newest addition to Team Turner is Cole Adam!! Wyatt was pretty interested in the baby and wanted to share his water with him and his snacks with him. He did really well with me holding Cole but after a while, he was ready for mama to give the baby back and then it was time for us to leave.
