The deer are out of control in South Fork, Colorado! I think the day before we left we went outside and counted 25 deer just hanging out. 6 were bucks! 10 pt, 9 pt, 2-8 pts, 7 pt and a 4 pt. Totally out of control and that doesn't even include the wild turkeys that are literally everywhere. Back in the day we would hurry home from the ski slopes and put deer feed out and then sit super quietly by the window hoping and praying a deer or two would come down the mountain. Now, you walk outside and the deer are practically in your face begging for food. Crazy deer. Here are Jacob and Wyatt feeding our pet deer!
Should I be nervous that there are lots of antlers so close to my baby?!
Geez, help yourself.

After feeding the deer we did a little photo shoot in the snow - just imagine that I am not in this picture ready to catch Wyatt if he decided to face plant at any moment.

Hoffarts in Colorado - with our pet deer in the background!

Just to clarify, Wyatt's snow suit might appear to be a shade of pink but it is actually CRIMSON! Thank you very much : ) Sadly enough, he has already outgrown the snow suit and will not be able to wear it again. It is being held for the next Hoffart baby.
