June 11th Astros vs. Cubs

We took Wyatt to his first Astros game Thursday afternoon. He was decked out in his Astros gear ready to cheer on the home team. Slightly confused at first where he was and what all the new noises were......






Then the big smiles started when he realized he was about to watch some baseball : )

Time for a little cat nap on daddy's shoulder.

7th inning stretch! Shortly after, Wyatt had his first meal at the ballpark. Stros' were leading 1-0 when Wyatt and I left to feed him. We arrived back at our seats to find that the Cubs had tied the game in the top of the 9th with a solo home run so the game moved into the bottom of the 9th.

The 'Stros didn't score in the bottom of the 9th so we headed into extra innings. Around the 10th inning we had a little explosion in our pants so we had to have an outfit change! Which then led to another nap - so here we have outfit #2 and nap #2.

Waking up for the end of the game in which Geoff Blum hit a single in the bottom of the 13th that scored Hunter Pence from 2nd base!!! Woo-hoo!!

The Astros won the series against the Cubs, the little girl seated in front of us game Wyatt a Roy Oswalt bobble head and we were on tv when a foul ball was hit down by our seats! What a great first game for the little guy : )
