We held our first annual cul-de (short for cul-de-sac) egg hunt the Tuesday before Easter weekend. This was a good warm up for all the kiddos that would be hunting eggs at church and school over the next few days. And for the record, my oldest was running a fever and was not feeling good at all. It was a low grade fever at the time and then turned into more that night. So when you see him looking very blah, you know why! I asked him before we went outside if he really wanted to hunt eggs or if he wanted to lay on the couch, and you can guess what his answer was.
Few pictures to document our first egg hunt of the season!

| Getting ready to start. Lining up at the starting line. |
| See what I mean about the kid on the right? Poor guy : ( But Luke sure was excited. |
| Official starting line - all 5 are ready to go! Just gotta get Cheyenne out of the way. |
| And they are off! |
| Our prized little Easter princess! How cute is her pony tail?! Love it! |
| Owen was fast moving! |
| Tried to get a brother picture. Wyatt was saying "cheese" in this very sad voice. Poor buddy. |
| Checking out his loot of eggs. |
| Love! |
| Really love this picture! |
| All boys checking out their eggs. This particulat eggs were filled with lizards, crabs, frogs, fish, other reptiles, few bracelets, stickers and some jelly beans. Right up their alley! |
| Best picture I could get of the 5 of them. |
