Cooper's Birthday Party

Last Sunday we helped celebrate Cooper's 1st birthday! Cooper was born on 09-09-09 at 7:07 am - how cool is that? Wyatt and Cooper are exactly 5 months apart. We have our own little 9 club going on with my girlfriends.

Here is the birthday boy - a little unsure about what the heck was going on. I couldn't believe that he didn't even reach for the lit candle right in front of him. Pretty sure at Wy's birthday we were holding his hands and trying to speed through "Happy Birthday"!


He wanted nothing to do with his cake - his mommy and daddy put his hands in his cake and he was not very happy about that. His mommy even put a bite of cake in his mouth and he just spit it out! Too cute.

Wy was on the move the entire time we were at the party - this is pretty much what any picture I tried to take turned out like - trying to hurry the heck up and push the button before he was out of the picture. The word BUSY doesn't even describe my little one.

The last time we had all 4 boys together was in July at the beach - which was 2 months ago!

And here they are now - notice there isn't one picture where even half of them are looking at the camera. From left to right - Luke (7 months), Cooper (12 months), Wyatt (17 months), Kyle (8 months).

Looks like Kyle just shoved Wyatt away - he probably did - big bully!

So when I use the term "busy" to describe Wyatt, you really just need to see him in action - but below is a good snapshot as to how the day went. The kid went from one toy to the next. One minute he is playing with the dogs, then the next minute he is putting rocks in the mouth, then you turn around and he is on Cooper's little bicycle and about to start pulling petals off the roses! Never a dull moment for sure. I love when people watch him for a few seconds and say "wow, he sure does move around a lot". You think?!!

We had a great time at the party and someone, WYATT AARON, was worn out!!! Happy birthday Cooper Dean!
