I am almost caught up on all my past blogging! Yay!! Wyatt turned 5 beginning of this month and we had a fun time celebrating with our little family. The night before (Tuesday night) we drove to CS for an Aggie baseball game. We spent the night with my parents and then Wednesday morning we drove to Bastrop to visit the Dinosaur Park. If you have dinosaur lovers in your household, then I would highly recommend a trip to this park. This was our second trip to the Dino park (our first was summer of 2012) and we are already looking forward to going back this summer with some friends!
We had beautiful weather on this very special day!! And 2 very happy and excited boys.
Not only do you get to spot all different kinds of dinosaurs off in the woods but there is also a little scavenger hunt (I spy with clues) that you get to follow along with also.

After shopping in the dino gift shop (each purchased one dinosaur with money from Mia), we ate lunch at this super cute hamburger joint called Roadhouse. We all enjoyed a milkshake for dessert!
After lunch we drove home and played at our house for the rest of the day. Then during dinner Wyatt all of a sudden had a melt down and started crying because he didn't have a cake - oops! Bad mommy moment. So Jacob quickly made a cake out of a box and we sang Happy Birthday and everyone was very happy!!!
