Turtle Rescue

Wednesday evening Papa found a turtle hiding out under April's car in the driveway.  So after dinner we loaded the turtle in the back of the gator and took it down to the neighbor's pond to return him to his friends.  The boys were extremely interested in the turtle and we really had to enforce how they needed to keep their little fingers and hands away from the turtle!!  Hard lesson to understand for the little guys!

Big excitement as you can imagine!!!

Papa put the turtle in this lovely bucket while we ate dinner so this was the first time the boys actually saw the turtle.

Notice how G is standing on the gator?!  He thinks he is pretty big stuff!

Wyatt had just parked the gator and they were walking to the pond.

He is off to reunite with his friends!!!
